Hello all - I have been away on holiday and just wanted to thoroughly recommend a week of relaxation in the sun with a loved one to lift your spirits - RA aside, I feel marvellous! BigGrin

We went to a very little tropical island - there was literally nothing to do but relax by the pool or on the beach with a good book and then stuff yourself silly at the all inclusive buffets - it was wonderful!

Oh Maria, how wonderful...I love Italy with a passion and Lake Garda is stunning. Apparently the Holy Father holidays there sometimes! LOL

Welcome back!

Thanks Amanda.

I really need this holiday after such a difficult year- although I must be careful not to overdo things as I usually do, and come back exhausted!! I love Italy too- at present I'm dropping very heavy hints about going to Venice next year for our silver wedding anniversary!

Maria x

wonderful! I would love to go, I went to Italy when I was a student with some girl friends (before RA) and we had a great time, went round Florence etc.

I would love to see opera, I know they have out door places there.
